Reminder concerning the obligation to implement Safety and Health Protection Coordination, law no. 93-1418 dated 31.12.1993 and decree no. 94-1159 dated 26.12.1994, amended and extended by decree no. 2003-68 dated 24.01.2003.
The law on accident prevention at work requires that security and health protection be coordinated on any work site where two or more companies or self-employed workers are present.
The Safety Document for Exhibitors defines all measures required to prevent risks arising from the combination of the activities of the various parties involved in this event. This document has been created by the show coordinator at the request of the show organiser, as required by current legislation.
Under no circumstances can you, your stand designer or your consultancy fulfil the safety coordination function. It must be provided by an officially authorised Safety and Health Protection coordinator.
Decoration work carried out by exhibitors and their sub-contractors (service providers, decorators, etc) is entirely the exhibitor's responsibility.
I confirm that I have read the Safety Document for exhibitors, regarding accident prevention at work and the protection of health, in relation to my participation in the 49th International Paris Air Show at Le Bourget, and I undertake to comply with it without any reservation or restriction.
